We are recruiting for a leading provider of high-volume, high-quality communication solutions, serving numerous blue-chip companies. We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join a friendly account management team.

Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with assigned clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Generate management information (MI) reports based on production data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Organise and conduct update meetings with clients to provide progress updates and address any concerns.
- Source and negotiate with new suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards are met.
- Manage and control client spend to maximise profitability.
- Process sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Work towards increasing client spend and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Handle general administrative tasks to support the account management team.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a similar role or industry is desirable but not essential.
- GCSE or equivalent education is required.
