- Annual Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 (DOE) Up to £90,000 OTE

We are seeking a Freight Account Manager with a passion for the freight industry and a proven track record in sales. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys managing the entire process of their client’s freight movements, from generating new business to operating cargo end-to-end.
Day to Day of the role:- Engage in cold calling, lead generation, and scheduling customer appointments to expand client base.
- Maintain and develop existing accounts to ensure continued business growth.
- Utilise knowledge of hauliers to facilitate freight movements.
- Process bookings from customers via phone and email.
- Coordinate freight operations across land, air, or sea.
- Handle all operational aspects of import and export movements, including customs clearance through our in-house customs team.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Liaise with all relevant parties to ensure that cargo movements meet client expectations.
- Sales experience within the freight industry, with a preference for at least 1 year.
- Freight forwarding experience across air, sea, land, and abnormal loads.
- At least 2 years of freight account management experience is preferred.
- Strong operational knowledge and ability to manage end-to-end freight solutions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
