Job Title: Account Manager (Maternity Cover – 12 month FTC)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
Location: London (Hybrid, 2-3 days per week on-site)

Our well-established marketing services client is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their growing team.
The successful candidate will be dynamic, pro-active and an exceptional multi-tasker. You will be client facing so excellent communication skills are required along with outstanding customer service and professionalism.
You will be responsible for assigned brands and will be the primary point of contact for the clients' social brand teams.
Responsibilities:
- Understand live projects and future project needs
- Attend client brief meetings for any printed or creative requirements
- Manage projects from start to finish within agreed budgets and deadlines
- Conduct quality control checks on all projects before presenting them to the client
- Manage conflicts between project time, cost and quality challenges
- Ensure the financial health of projects by providing initial quotes to clients and updating costs before final invoicing
- Immediately raise any risks or issues, such as late collections, approvals, product delays, or project failures.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in production / creative roles
- Account / project management experience
- Excellent organisational skills and time management with strong attention to detail
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively in teams, self-motivate and adapt to changes
- Initiative to complete objectives and proactive problem-solving abilities.
