Description
- Collate management pack for monthly and quarterly reporting
- VAT and CIS submissions
- Bank and Credit Card reconciliations
- Post journals and carry out monthly close process
- Weekly cash flow forecasting / position reports
- Supervise A/P and A/R processes and ensure that adequate credit is available for operations
- Monthly payroll processing
- Phoning customers where necessary
- Bank covenant reporting
- Assist in annual tax computations and statutory accounts
Profile
- Sole charge SME Accountant or finance manager
- Happy to complete transactional excel / sage work and payroll aswell as more senior tasks
- Happy to work 5 days a week in the office
- Sage experience (desirable)
- Excel experience (essential)
