Job Duties:
- Prepare and review Limited Company and Sole Trade accounts
- Advise clients on tax implications, prepare and review tax returns (corporate, personal, and VAT), and ensure compliance with UK tax regulations.
- Prepare and scrutinise accounts for Limited Companies and Sole Traders in accordance with diverse accounting standards.
- Counsel clients on tax issues, prepare and assess tax returns, ensuring conformity with UK tax regulations.
- Provide valuable financial and business counsel to clients, assisting them in strategic decision-making.
- Keep abreast of accounting and tax regulations, guaranteeing clients' adherence to all pertinent laws
- Preparing year end accounts
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as an Accountant, Practice Accountant, Accounts Senior or in a similar role.
- Prior work experience in an accounting practice, involving client management and financial reporting.
- Possess relevant accountancy qualifications
- Thorough understanding of UK accounting and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage.
