Our client based in Ferndown has an immediate requirement for an experienced Accountant to join their dynamic crew of financial wizards who thrive on making accounting and tax services a party for contractors, freelancers, and SMEs.
You will be part of a tight-knit group, working under the guidance of a Senior Client Director. The main scope of the role involves:
- Crafting and jamming out statutory accounts and corporate tax returns - whether it's from manual records or using the latest software.
- Reviewing client records - ensuring everything is in sync.
- Answering client queries, delivering the kind of service that turns heads.
- Nailing targets and KPIs
Applicants must have recent and relevant experience, and must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Minimum one year's experience in accounting.
- Microsoft Office, Dext, Hubdoc, Xero, Quickbooks, Freeagent, Sage, VT skills.
- Commercial awareness.
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Aligned with core values - you're all about putting clients first, thinking big, teamwork, and integrity.
This is a full-time permanent position, hours of work are Monday to Friday 09:00 am till 17:15 pm.
