SalaryOur Client are looking for an Accountant to do 40 weeks to 1 year of cover.
General day to day duties eg. Producing purchase order numbers, general queries etc.
Purchase Ledger - posting supplier & subcontractor invoices, monthly statement check & payments of accounts.
Dealing with Subcontractor and Client Retentions
Sales Ledger - raising & posting sales invoices & chasing debtors.
Bank/Petty Cash
Payroll (approx. 70 employees)
CIS Tax - Monthly return to HMRC
VAT Return
Monthly Work in Progress reports
Monthly reporting of accounts
Monthly reconciliation of nominals accounts
Note: Our current Accountancy software is Sage 200
