Accountant / Senior Bookkeeper

Excellent opportunity within the Asset Management / Financial Services sector and based in central London for an Accountant / Senior Bookkeeper to join the finance team of an investment management firm on a 15 month fixed term contract basis. Hybrid working.

Description

Working within a close knit finance team, you'll have oversight for a broad range of duties not limited to:

• Manage month end process
• Balance Sheet and P&L reconciliations
• Cashbooks
• Inter company reconciliations
• Month end duties - journals, accruals, prepayments
• VAT returns
• Budgets
• Bank reconciliations
• Oversight of Accounts Payable and Expenses
• Payroll preparation

Profile

All rounder with both month end accounting and transactional accounting skills. Positive, can do approach. Able to work to pace and meet deadlines. Organisational skills essential. Team player. Able to start the role in January/February 2024. AAT Qualified or Part Qualified or Qualified by Experience.
