- Supporting the Managing Director
Senior Bookkeeper
- Preparation and invoicing to client
- Manage contracts with Subcontractors
- Preparation of monthly financial statements: Journals, Accruals and Prepayments
- Maintain Fixed Asset Register and depreciation calculations
- Budget to Actual variance analysis
- Reconciliation and Recharge inter company expenses.
- Bank Reconciliations
- Preparation and submission of VAT returns
- Internal & External Audit Quarterly and Annually
- Stock and WIP management: Reconciliation and monthly P&L
- Preparation of Month End & Year-End
- Payroll
- Negotiating Business insurance renewals
- Cashflow management
- Systems with Sage, Quickbooks and Excel
