We are looking for a proactive person to join our team and help us to implement new systems and generally continue to improve the services we offer to our clients.

You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients and supporting the team so that we can give our clients an awesome experience of working with us.

We are developing an offshore team and you will be working closely with developing this team so that we can develop the services we offer our UK clients.

This will include managing their day to day bookkeeping, answering queries, being proactive by calling and emailing clients regularly, helping them make sense of their finances so they can make meaningful decisions about their business.

Our role is to solve our clients problems and help them to achieve their goals and objectives. What we do on a daily and weekly basis should serve to help take the headache and pain away of finances from our clients and actively play a part in helping them realise their dreams.

You re probably used to seeing job ads which list out the duties first of everything you ll be doing. So, if you were looking for that then the list is below. However, we recruit based on a culture and attitude fit first and skills second. We know skills can be taught :-)

Experience wise, the below would be preferable:

• Proficient user of Xero / QBO and receipt capture apps
• UK Tax and accounts experience
• Excellent inter-personal skills (this is really important as you will have client contact from day 1
• 2 years experience working in an accountancy firm or accounts division of a small business.
