Salary - £28,000 to £32,000 depending on experience
Our client is a new and fast-growing business; this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join the Team and grow the business even more.

Although they are a new business they believe their people are critical to the growth and success they have achieved in such a short space of time.
The Role
Our client is seeking a Finance Assistant or stand alone finance manager to be able to walk into the business and get the ball rolling, to help grow the business even more. This is a vital role in the finance department therefore, they are looking for someone who has experience in this field and has great verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to work alone.
Duties include:

• Process all required invoices daily
• Raise weekly invoices
• Reconciliation or all internal and external statements- weekly.
• Raise sales invoices daily.
• Monitor and maintain supplier contracts.

The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience in the same field.
• Reliable and personable.
• Good IT skills.
• High level attention to detail.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Positive attitude always looking for solutions.
