Lisa Wright Recruitment are recruiting an Accounts Administrator for a thriving business based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. You will be responsible for assisting with the day to day function of the company’s accounts, ensuring accurate and timely data processing for accounts payable and receivable.
Accounts Administrator duties will include:
- Using Xero accounts software, you will assist in day to day accounts processing.
- Matching supplier invoicing with manual Purchase Order System.
- Managing Supplier payment processing and reconciliations.
- Process of sales invoices and assist with debt collection.
- Reconciliation of company credit cards and receipts.
- Assist with resolving customer and supplier queries.
- Manage the time sheet system inputting into payroll for overtime.
To be considered for the Accounts Administrator role you will have the following experience/attributes:
- Knowledge/experience of account payable and receivable
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- High level of accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast paced department
- A good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience of working with Xero would be advantageous
This is an office-based role. Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm
