The role involves the following.
- Dealing with customer enquiries by phone and email
- Checking invoices against delivery notes
- Inputting purchase invoices into Sage Accounts software
- Creating sales invoices
- Managing customer accounts
- Raising supplier purchase orders
- General administration duties
Would be beneficial to have experience of working with Sage Accounting software.
Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday 7.30AM to 4.00PM
Friday 7.30AM to 12.30PM
Up to £28,000 per year
