Part Time Accounts Administrator Job in New Milton
Are you local to New Milton, looking for some part time hours? We are pleased to be recruiting for a friendly and welcoming company close to the high street who are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join them.
The Accounts Administrator will be required to work 13.5 - 16 hours per week depending on your circumstances, and this would ideally be over 2 - 3 days. They are a close knit team, keep to find the right person to join them due to their previous accounts person relocating to Cornwall.
Duties & Responsibilities of the Accounts Administrator:
- Bank reconciliations
- Assist with the preparation of monthly accounts
- Support with payroll and staff holiday records
- Purchase ledger and sales ledger, answering any queries from suppliers if they arise
- Assist with credit control
- Prepare monthly payment runs
- Prepare expenses
- Any other office administration
Minimum requirements for the Accounts Administrator:
- Experience within an accounts/finance role
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good attention to detail
Salary & Details:
- Salary £13 - 15 per hour
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays (pro-rata)
- 13.5 -16 hours per week, flexible for the right candidate
- Near to New Milton train station and town centre
- Free parking on site
