Accounts Administrator Required
Accounts Assistant - Doncaster
My client, an industry leading teir one rail contractor, is looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their expanding work winning team in Doncaster.
This is a contract opportunity that falls inside IR35.
Key accountabilities:
Reviewing and reconciling accounts
Carry out GRN entry and invoice matching activities
- Liaising with various departments and suppliers to resolve invoice queries.
Key competencies / Skills and behaviours
Excellent attention to detail and a 'can do' attitude
Very organised and have a real interest in accounts
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Excel with good general IT skills
Key qualifications / experience
3+ years experience working in an accounts department
Recognised Finance / Accounting qualification
Oracle R12 knowledge is advantageous
