Our client, a family-run business operating Residential and Holiday Park Resorts, is looking for a proactive and well-organised individual to join their team as an Administrator.
Shifts typically run from 9am to 4pm, predominantly office-based with occasional travel to holiday parks to explore sales opportunities.

What will your role look like?
- Handling financial tasks efficiently using Xero software
- Processing payments promptly and managing direct debit transactions
- Proficiently manage and update spreadsheets to ensure accurate data
- Utilising various computer programs and tools for daily tasks
- Assisting with clerical tasks such as copying, typing, and filing documents
- Managing mail shots and promptly responding to emails
- Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data entry and management
- Providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries effectively
- Executing mail merge tasks for efficient communication with clients
- Generating and managing invoices accurately and on time
- Uploading invoices to online payment portal
- Assisting potential new clients with enquiries in order to draw revenue to the park
