Become an Accounts Administrator
Reporting to the Cash Control & Processing Manager as part of the cash team. The cash team plays a crucial role in ensuring that payments taken in store or through the website are received and accounted for correctly. In the role of an Accounts Administrator, you will be an essential member of the Cash Team, actively contributing to the daily task of accurately and promptly recording all cash receipts while investigating any variances.

Your Mission
- Input, analyse and resolve cash and card exceptions.
- Analyse & communicate discrepancies with stores, area, and division managers & HR.
- Resolving cash and card related store queries
- Month end journals & reconciliations
- Point of contact for cash queries and administration
- Be responsible for your own stores.
- Daily posting of the cash book
- Import daily bank file into Aptos (accounting system)
- Import credit card transactions from the bank.
- Raising multi-currency payments on the banking platform
- Work with G4S and Brinks to resolve cash discrepancies.
- Process Love2Shop vouchers
- Any other tasks deemed necessary as the role, team and business develops.
Skills that will set you apart
- You will ideally be experienced in a similar role for a minimum of 12 months.
- Confident in dealing with high volumes of data, and processing quickly and accurately.
- Good numerical skills.
- Comfortable with Microsoft programmes, in particular Excel
