Job Title: Accounts Administrator
Location: Runcorn (WA7 2PY)
Salary: £12.00 per hour
Shifts: Monday- Friday 08:00- 16:30
Contract Type: Temporary
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator based in the Runcorn area on a temporary contract.
Working in a small team closely with the Finance Controller you will have the opportunity to make this role your own and influence positive systems change. You will benefit from a team orientated environment.
This role will give you a broad remit and to get involved in all transactional accounting tasks.
As an Accounts Administrator your duties will be;
" Management of the company's largest commercial accounts, which involves both sale and purchase reconciliations.
" Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, checked, and reported effectively.
" Develop effective working relationships with the key resources in the business.
" Review current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
" Create reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts to give visibility of performance.
" Monitor day-to-day expected cash inflows to input into cash flow reporting.
" Assisting the Management Accountant with month end processes.
" Daily cash postings and account reconciliations for each country.
" Resolving queries by investigating the supply chain process of orders.
The successful Accounts Administrator will have the following skills;
" Must have Sales and purchase ledger process experience.
" Strong excel skills and good attention to detail.
" Highly organised and excellent verbal and written skills.
" Ability to work both individually and as part of a small team.
" Experience of SAGE 200 would be desirable but not essential.
