A highly regarded firm of chartered accountants is searching for a key additional Accounts and Tax Manager to join them, based in their Banbury offices. You will lead on the delivery of mixed Accounts and Tax services across Accounts, personal and corporate tax with opportunity to carve a career within a successful firm with progression and career development on offer.

The key responsibilities for this Accounts and Tax Manager based in Banbury are:

• Work with clients who operate in a wide range of sectors and their businesses are at different stages of their life cycle. This results in a varied and interesting client portfolio.
• Proactively managing and delivering clients' compliance requirements and Tax advisory work
• Supervision and training of members of staff

Profile

For this Accounts and Tax Manager position, based in Banbury, our client are searching for candidates who have/are:

• ACA, ACCA, ATT, CTA, ADIT or equivalent
• Preferably at least 3 years post qualification practice experience
• Experience of the supervision and training of members of staff is essential
• hands approaching both client work and creating good working relationships with new and existing clients
