The role:

Possible start date: ASAP

Monday to Friday; 9am to 5pm - with 30-minute lunch break

Total working hours: 37.5

What you will do in your working day:

• Reporting to the Management Accountant.
• You will develop accountancy skills in double-entry bookkeeping and basic costing, as well as an understanding of purchase, sales and general ledgers.
• Learn to use accounting software and to develop the professional skills and behaviours needed to contribute effectively to the workplace.
• Bookkeeping transactions.
• Bookkeeping controls.
• Elements of costing.
• Using accounting software.
• Developing skills within house training and college support within the areas of bespoke tax planning, asset protection, tax investigation resolution, and specialist accountancy.

The training you will receive:

• Level 3 AAT qualification.
• All training is undertaken online, through a combination of self-paced eLearning and live online classes.
• Functional skills in English and Mathematics, if required.
