The role:
Possible start date: ASAP
Monday to Friday; 9am to 5pm - with 30-minute lunch break
Total working hours: 37.5
What you will do in your working day:
Reporting to the Management Accountant. You will develop accountancy skills in double-entry bookkeeping and basic costing, as well as an understanding of purchase, sales and general ledgers. Learn to use accounting software and to develop the professional skills and behaviours needed to contribute effectively to the workplace. Bookkeeping transactions. Bookkeeping controls. Elements of costing. Using accounting software. Developing skills within house training and college support within the areas of bespoke tax planning, asset protection, tax investigation resolution, and specialist accountancy.
The training you will receive:
Level 3 AAT qualification.All training is undertaken online, through a combination of self-paced eLearning and live online classes. Functional skills in English and Mathematics, if required.
Prospects:
Potential full-time role or further study support for career progression on successful completion of this apprenticeship.
