We are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant for our client's Car Dealership based in the Exeter, Devon area.
Job Description
· As Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for all aspects of the sales and purchase ledger administration.
· The processing of documentation in a timely manner.
· Making payments to suppliers.
· Resolving account queries.
· Reconciliation of suppliers, insurer and work provider accounts.
· General banking duties.
The Successful Applicant
· Experience of using Sage accounting software, preferably including payroll.
· Experience of working in a similar role.
· Professional manner, confident and well organised.
· Keen attention to detail.
· Desirable - NVQ Level 3 in Accounts or an AAT qualification.
