Accounts Assistant - 25.5 hours (1 Year Contract)

25.5 hours per week Monday - Friday

My client, a well established business based in Grays, is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join them on a 1 Year maternity contract, working 25.5 hours per week.
You will be responsible for:
- Importing weekly Ms Excel journals
- Processing subcontractor invoices for payment, liaising with site
- Raising scrap invoices
- Obtaining backup data required
- Processing purchase ledger invoices, obtaining authorisations
- Checking statements
- Banking cash
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets
- Obtaining invoices approvals
- Updating sales journals
- Managing sundry invoice recharges
- Assisting with invoice processing across the business
