25.5 hours per week Monday - Friday

My client, a well established business based in Grays, is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join them on a 1 Year maternity contract, working 25.5 hours per week.

You will be responsible for:

• Importing weekly Ms Excel journals
• Processing subcontractor invoices for payment, liaising with site
• Raising scrap invoices
• Obtaining backup data required
• Processing purchase ledger invoices, obtaining authorisations
• Checking statements
• Banking cash
• Updating and maintaining spreadsheets
• Obtaining invoices approvals
• Updating sales journals
• Managing sundry invoice recharges
• Assisting with invoice processing across the business
