Credit Control Accounts Assistant
All -rounder required for local Freight company…..
You'll have some accounts department experience, perhaps handled receivables, Credit Control and payables and now want to expand on that to other duties within accounts.
Main Duties

• Will be looking after and chasing assigned client's debts.
• Allocating payments received.
• Processing Credit Card payments.
• Producing daily reports.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Debt collection via phone and email.
• Involvement with our invoice factoring/discounting company.
• Will also be involved with the payables side.
• Sage 50 and FCL (Forward Computers Freight System) experience would be an advantage.
• To be able to communicate with ops teams, sales staff other offices.
• Some involvement with our offsite Accountant.
• Plus ad-hoc duties that are encompassed within the accounts department
• Logistics experience is not essential but would be an advantage.

Hours
Monday to Friday - 08.30 to 17.00 - 1 Hour for lunch.
