Are you an Accounts Assistant or similar, looking to join a well-established and successful Freight Forwarding company, that will provide in-house mentoring and progression, within a friendly tight knit team?
On offer is the opportunity to join a business that has been in operation for almost 50 years within the freight forwarding and logistics industry. Providing an outstanding service globally, with a huge overseas network of agents, ensuring extensive coverage worldwide and vast knowledge in all aspects of freight forwarding.
In this role you will be working in a team, where you will be provided full training on processes and systems used. Your responsibilities include communicating with customers to obtain timely payments, Accounts and Bank Reconciliations, sending invoices, raising insurance certificates for cargo, year end assistance.
This role would suite an Accounts Assistant or similar, ready to take the next step in their career, to join a supportive and well-established business, providing training and progression.
The Role
- Communicating with customers to obtain timely payments
- Account and bank reconciliation
- VAT returns
- Sending invoices / raising insurance certificates
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

- Experience in an Accounts department
