Job Description: As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department in various accounting tasks. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions and reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Processing invoices, expense claims, and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Reconciling bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Assisting in month-end and year-end financial closing procedures.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Providing support for payroll processing and related tasks.
• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and inquiries.
• Supporting audit activities and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in a manufacturing or similar environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial analysis.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
