Mosaic Recruitment is actively seeking a dedicated Accounts Assistant to join the team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our clients finance function.
Job Summary
Reporting to the Financial Accountant, the Finance Assistant will play a key role in supporting various financial activities, including invoicing, credit control, management account reporting, & expenses management.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with credit control activities, including chasing outstanding payments and maintaining customer accounts.
- Maintain the Sales Ledger
- Support the preparation of management account reports.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience using Sage200 ideally
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
