Adecco Engineering have an exclusive opening for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our client's Head Office based in Hillington.
Established for 20 years, our client has a business specialising in IT Services and an expanding business within Commercial Packaging.
The successful candidate will be a Team Player with previous Accounts experience, preferably using SAGE and must be open to support a variety of duties.
Duties will include:
Loading purchase invoices onto Sage programmes
Collating Expense Receipts
Credit Card Statement Reconciliations
Cross Check Customs Import Documents
Responding to incoming Company Calls
Liaise with customers.
General Office admin duties
You may be required to support/cover the following when colleagues are on leave or as required:
Bank Reconciliation
Cash Allocation
Order Processing
Candidate Skills/Experience:
Educated to at least HNC Level (or equivalent) in Account related subject - preferred.
Highly organised, with strong accuracy and attention to detail skills
Experience of SAGE 200 - preferred
Knowledge of SAGE payroll - desirable
Polite Telephone Manner
Team Player
