Your new company
Based in Renfrewshire, our client is recruiting a Finance Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis for an initial 3 month basis. The contract is Monday - Thursday 8.45am - 4.00pm and a 12.30pm finish on a Friday. The role will be on a hybrid basis with 3 days in office and 2 at home, with public transport links and onsite parking.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance manager, you will take ownership of varied and fast paced workload. Your duties will include; sales ledger and purchase ledger processing, reconciliation, petty cash, journal entries. query handling and general associated finance administration.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven successful experience of the above duties. You will be able to work well both independently and as part of a team. You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written as you will communicate with clients on a daily basis.
