The role of Accounts Assistant
You will take on full responsibility for Sales Ledger and work in tandem on Purchase Ledger with the existing Accounts Manager. Other duties will include dealing with invoices, credit control, processing expenses and bank reconciliations.
You will become the crucial fifth member of a strong and tight-knit accounts team, and will work closely with the other members of the accounts team and clients alike.
To be considered for the role of Accounts Assistant
You will need to have:
- 2 years + experience in Accounts Receivable / Payable
- Experience of Sage 50 and other accounts packages
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Positive, pro-active approach
The package for the role of Accounts Assistant
- Basic salary: £22,000 - £25,000 pa
- Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5pm
- Based on-site, but with potential for occasional flexible working
- Free parking
- Holiday: 33 days (25 days plus 8 Bank Holidays) + a company break between Christmas and New Year.
