12 week plus Temporary Sick leave Cover is required to start in July within the Accounts Department of this busy Manufacturing Company based in Wellingborough (Park Farm area) for a minimum of 3 months (July - Oct)
Hours will be either full time 08.30-17.00 at could accommodate Part Time 09.30 -15.30
Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be supporting the finance function with posting of invoices, assisting with preparation of month end reporting on SAGE line 200.
Ideally you will have an Accounts Assistant/Account Administration support background and be familiar with Sage line 200.
Duties of the Temporary Account Assistant role may include:
- Processing of Purchase invoices onto Purchase ledger systems
- Supplier Invoice queries
- Month end reconciliations
- Assisting credit control in reconciling aged debtor reports, chasing debt
- Posting cash, allocations of Cash receipts, matching of Credit notes and Debit notes
- Working on Sage line 200 , Word and Excel and using PowerPoint
With a methodical mind you will have strong Excel skills and be familiar with SAGE 200. You will ideally have immediate availability to start on the 1st July. There will be a handover period given. Initially a 12 week/ 3 month temporary role however this may be extended
