Description
Accounts Assistant:
- Generating, distributing, and processing sales invoices
- Verifying and entering purchase ledger invoices
- Supporting credit control as needed
- Conducting monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Performing daily bank reconciliations
- Handling general administrative tasks
- Managing payroll using Sage software
Profile
Accounts Assistant:
- A-Level or equivalent
- AAT 2
- Experience with Sage 50
- Payroll knowledge
- Purchase Ledger experience
