Description
· Supporting the finance team in managing, processing and troubleshooting various accounts and transactions
· Process supplier invoices
· Process supplier payments
· Accounts payable processing
· Accounts receivable customer cash collection
· Supplier statement reconciliations
· Developing relationships with external stakeholders
Profile
· An understanding of financial and accounting principles.
· Experience in a finance environment, manufacturing would be desirable.
· Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working relationships.
· Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
· A positive, proactive approach to work.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience using vlookups and pivot tables
