Accounts Assistant

One Step are working with leading online retailer. They are now looking to expand their team with an Accounts Assistant.

The ideal candidate would have previous experience within accounting and bookkeeping. It is desirable for the candidate to have a Higher Education in Accounting; however, this is not essential.

Accounts Assistant would include:

• Reconcile financial statements and prepare reports for management review
• Accurately process invoices, payments and expenses
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable using accounting Intaact Sage software
• Maintaining and ensuring all financial records and documentations are accurate
• Contacting clients, vendors and internal staff
• Working as part of a team or individually to meet deadlines
• Managing multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using Sage, Excel and other accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and analysis
