What We're Looking For:

Working Hours & Remuneration:
Monday to Friday 7.30-5pm , Alternate Saturdays (8am-1pm)
Salary range:
- Trainees (16-18 year olds): £15,000 per annum (hours may differ)
- Trainees (18-20 year olds): £20,000 per annum (hours may differ)
- Experienced (over 21): Up to £27,000 per annum
Your Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current clients.
- Handle sales transactions and provide accurate pricing, delivery dates, and stock information.
- Build lasting relationships through effective communication with a wide range of clients, ensuring superior service and fostering repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Gain technical insight into our products, services, and specialized systems/tools we use.
- Nurture long-term partnerships with customers.
- Assist in managing inventory and stock movements.
Who You Are:
- A skilled communicator with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Capable of building and maintaining solid relationships.
- Committed to delivering excellent customer service.
- Meticulously detail-oriented.
- Skilled in planning and organization.
- Able to effectively prioritize and manage workload.
- Driven by a desire for continuous personal and professional growth.
- Hold GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent.
