The ideal candidate will have proficient IT skills (emails, spreadsheets etc), extensive Sage accounting experience and strong organizational skills. the ability to work in a busy office environment independently as well as part of a team is also essential for this position.
The Main Duties for this role will include but not be limited to as follows;
- Creating Invoices
- Credit control
- Sales Ledger
- Purchase Ledger
- Bank Reconciliation
- Preparing Monthly Management Accounts
- P&L, Company Monthly Reports
- Liaising with Directors on Company Business
