You'll be working in the central finance function of this dynamic International Manufacturing Company. Reporting to the Finance Manager, your key responsibilities include:
- Posting supplier invoices on the systems
- Carry out weekly Payment runs for the group
- Daily Purchase Order Checks
- Post monthly credit card statements on the system
- Processing staff expenses.
- Daily bank account reconciliations
- Post payments from customers to the correct customer account and bank account and allocate these to the corresponding sales transactions.
- Monitor the status of individual customer accounts to ensure that debts are maintained within assigned credit limits
- Deal with customer and supplier queries
- Monthly commission calculations for Sales Agents
- Any other duties required by the Senior Finance team
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 1 year's working in a similar role in a finance team role
- Good Computer and Excel skills, comfortable with Pivot tables and vlookups
- Ideally have a degree in appropriate discipline, business, finance, economics, mathematics
- Some experience with computerised accounts packages
- Experience of working within a diverse business
