A South West Construction company based in Plymouth are in need of an Accounts Assistant to join their expanding team.
Reporting into the Finance Manager duties will include:
- Assisting with a new system and putting new procedures in place
- Purchase Ledger duties
- Raising POs and working on a number of purchase ledge entries
- Using Construction Manager & Sage system
- Procurement Duties and working within the procurement team
- Administration support to the team
- Assistant the Finance Manager with daily tasks
Experience required:
- AAT qualified or working towards
- Knowledge of Sage
- Confident picking up new systems
- Good IT skills and managing spreadsheets
- Ideally worked within Construction but not essential
