General assistance of the Financial Controller in the preparation of monthly accounts
Maintaining/managing site budgets
Input of data into an excel spreadsheet to cost site level budget (job/contract costings)
ERP budgets
Monthly reporting of actual vs budget site financial performance
Maintaining client reconciliations
Liaising closely with the operations team to ensure budgets are adhered to
Producing reports for the Managing Director to highlight actual vs budget differences, together with detail and status of corrective actions
ERP administration:
Management of new users & permission controls
Assist users in the preparation of custom reports & dashboards
Training of department heads to unlock functionality that will assist them in their roles
No prior knowledge of TemplaCMS required (full training will be provided), however, previous experience working with an ERP or similar system would be helpful
