Accounts Assistant

Pertemps Network Group are now recruiting for an Accounts Assistant for a prestigious client based in Alcester, Warwickshire. If you are someone with accounts experience and looking to work for a forward thinking and innovative company, this is the role for you!

The role we are currently recruiting for is an Accounts Assistant position on a temporary basis, however, the opportunity to become a permanent member of staff is available.
Working hours: 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday- Friday
Pay: £22.5k- £26k per annum
Holiday: 25 days per annum
Duties include:

• General administrative duties and ad-hoc projects
• Invoice verification process
• Supplier invoice checking and entry on to the finance system
• Checking of all supplier statements ensuring the finance system contains all the relevant invoice information as stated on the statements and lined up for payment under agreed payment terms
• Raising of purchase orders
• Maintenance of cashbooks and bank account reconciliations
• Maintenance of PAYE records

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience:

• Team player
• Previous office administration and accounts experience
• A highly efficient approach with strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong problem solving and organisational skills
