About the Role:
As an Accounts Assistant, you'll be an integral part of our well-established client's team at their Sunbury on Thames headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process purchase invoices
- Provide administrative support
- Answer incoming calls
- Post company mail daily
- Order stationery
- Photocopying/scanning
- Perform basic account reconciliations
- Process journals
Qualifications and Key Skills:
- GCSE Grade 4 or above in English & Mathematics
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
