As an organisation they are committed to career and knowledge development for their employees, therefore are looking to appoint an Accounts Assistant to work in their transactional processing team. Salary: £21,000 per annum Location: Crawley, West Sussex Hours: 9.15am - 5.15pm (Hybrid working available after training) Accounts Assistant duties include: Management of the purchase ledger, ensuring payments are made and adhering to policies Generating billing invoices Ensuring accurate and timely transfers as necessary both between office and client accounts Assisting with the audit process Calculation of fee's / amounts due Ensuring compliance with VAT regulations in respect of client billing and the disbursement purchase ledger This is an excellent opportunity for someone with excellent stakeholder management skills, customer service or someone who is looking to utilise an AAT qualification in their first role - NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
