You will be responsible predominantly for the maintenance of the Accounts Payable ledger across two sites. Processing invoices and payments, maintaining up to date records and further related tasks.
This role is fully office based. 8:30am - 5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up supplier accounts
- Receiving invoices from suppliers, matching to purchase order and processing on Sage
- Communicating, logging and following up on invoice queries both internally and with suppliers
- Receiving and reconciling supplier statements in a timely fashion, requesting copies where needed
- Review of Goods Received Not Invoiced on an ongoing basis to ensure invoices have been received and processed
- Generating both UK and Currency payment runs for approval
- Processing, posting and reconciling all supplier payments
- Processing and paying employee expenses via the AP ledger
- Review of Aged Payable Listings to ensure accuracy and full allocation at all times
- Accounts Receivable
- Ad hoc accounts support as required and requested by wider accounts team
Requirements
- Proven and recent experience in a high volume transactional role
- Analytical with high attention to detail
- Can do attitude with a flexible approach
