Accounts Assistant

Our well-established Glasgow client is looking to hire an experienced Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper.

Salary of £24k - £28k depending on experience.

Full Time Perm role - Mon- Fri 9am - 5pm

Very well established and reputable professional accountancy service who specialise in cloud accounting who work in real partnership with their clients.

Role - Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper

• You will be organised, efficient and be able to work to deadlines.
• Experience in a previous bookkeeping or Accounts Assistant position is key.
• Fantastic customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of Sage Business Cloud, Excel and VAT/CIA prep and submission is highly desirable but all experience levels considered.
• Knowledge of Sage 50, Xero or Quickbooks is desirable.
• All associated finance administration in line with the role

The Right Person

• Must be a strong communicator, a team player with an eye for detail
• Must have experience in a similar role.
• Must have experience of working with Sage or Xero or related software and be competent with all Microsoft packages especially Excel.
• Numerically minded
• Be someone who wants to contribute value and grow with the business long term
