Role overview:
I am looking for a great Marketing Manager role to build Brand Awareness and grow branded sales for the fastest-growing London-based company in the B2B sector supplying the Construction Sector. You will play a pivotal role in developing and generating leads, and to drive business growth.
You will develop and own the implementation of the annual Marketing Plan and stay current with digital marketing trends and technologies and recommend new tactics and strategies as appropriate. You will collaborate with other teams, such as product development and procurement, sales, and design, to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging and branding across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Strategy Development: Devise and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and foster strong relationships within the target business audience.
- Brand Awareness: Lead initiatives to enhance brand visibility and recognition in the B2B market, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of B2B marketing campaigns, utilizing various channels such as digital, content, events, and targeted outreach.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead generation and conversion goals in the B2B sector.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify B2B trends, industry challenges, and opportunities, providing insights to shape marketing strategies.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of B2B campaigns, providing regular reports and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze the results of digital marketing initiatives, using tools such as Google Analytics, SEM Rush and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance. Work alongside the Data Team to create a suite of digital marketing reports.
Experience:
- 5 years' B2B Marketing Experience, with exposure to the construction sector welcome
- Experience of product management and growing a brand.
- Enjoys being a passionate advocate for the brand and is comfortable presenting on video.
- Can demonstrate experience in use of CRM system.
- An Enthusiastic creator of content with solid digital marketing skills.
