Our client, the largest independent accountancy practice is seeking to recruit an Accounts Assistant based at the Axminister Branch. The role will be varied and will suit an Analytical, methodical and numerically-minded individual who is friendly with a positive attitude.
Accounts Assistant responsibilities include: -
The main duties (but not limited to) are the following:
- Preparing financial statements
- Providing Bookkeeping services
- Filing Companies House and HMRC documents
- Preparing personal and corporate tax computations and returns
Accounts Assistant requirements include: -
Ideally, the successful candidate will have the following attributes, skills, experience and qualifications.
- AAT qualified or qualified experience
- Experience working in a practice-based environment
- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Xero, Quickbooks and Sage
- Resilient, able to multi-task and work independently
Package for Accounts Assistant:
- Ideally full time however part-time hours/days can also be considered
