Salary: up to 32,000 per annum
Hours: 8.30am-5pm Monday - Friday
Office location: Tonbridge
What is required: You will have at least 2 year's experience as an Accounts Assistant and either completed or working towards your AAT Level 3/ Level 4.
About you: You will be organised, capable of managing a varied workload, be an excellent communicator and team player and a conscientious person who is a logical thinker.
Your job: You will be required to support the Finance Manager with some of the following duties
Processing daily transactions
Weekly bank reconciliations
Weekly supplier payment
Sales & purchase ledger reconciliation
Sales & order reports
Posting purchase ledger invoices
Producing monthly journals
You will also provide cover for some of the following
Monthly payroll
VAT returns
Holiday and sickness records etc
