The Role - Accounts Assistant
Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join the Finance Team on a full time basis.
This role is Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm and is fully office based.
Key Responsibilities/Duties
• Register invoices to Qube
• Adding invoices to Qube
• Saving invoices at Qube Share Drive
• Weekly Payment Run
• Reconciliation supplier statement
• Reconciliation with group Finance
• Daily managing email inbox
Skills
• Experience at residential management company
• Qube experience is essential
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Team player
• Customer focused
• Ability to work on own initiative
