An opportunity as arisen for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a successful family-run business with it’s head office located in Cardiff.
Accounts Assistant duties
Sales and Purchase Ledger: raising sales invoices and maintain debtor’s ledger. Process purchase invoices ensuring all paperwork matches and sign off process followed.
Payment processing and administration.
Credit control and month end statements.
Prepare journals for review.
Assist in the preparations of month end management accounts.
Support Finance Director as required.
Liaise with other Group Finance Functions to ensure accuracy and completeness in reporting.
Accounts Assistant person specification
Hands-on team player having industry or practice accounts experience.
Experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounts or Finance Assistant.
Have a keen eye for detail and conscientious with their paperwork and process implementation.
