Administrative Assistant

**Overview:**
Part time administrive assistant for work with a small team operating a long established industrial training company based in a smart office located in Cardiff Bay. Hours of work are flexible but could be up to 16 hours per week initially if desired. Training would be given and the possibility might develop of a full time position if appropriate.
Commencement salary £12 per hour with a review after 3 months.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform clerical tasks, including printing, copying, scanning, and organizing weekly paperwork
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Book hotel rooms for instructors/examiners staying away from home
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
**Qualifications:**
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant role is desirable. But full training will be provided
- Proficiency in computer software including Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
